We are unable to accept returns on certain bespoke items. These will be carefully made to your requirements and images sent to you for approval before being dispatched.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Most items are made to order, and we aim for a quick turnaround. If you need something by a specific date, pop a note on your order or message us first and we will confirm timings.

  • Where are your products made?

All products are hand made locally by me. We carefully select our supply partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

  • Postage Costs

Postage is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Free delivery or collection can be arranged for local orders with various pick up points also available.
